Tony Dumas

 Anthony (Tony) Dumas is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the College at Brockport, SUNY where he teaches courses in world music, aesthetics, Mediterranean music, ecomusicology, and protest music. His dissertation, (Re)Locating Flamenco: A Bohemian Cosmopolitanism in Northern California, examines California's flamenco scene as it is related to North America’s bohemian counterculture and rooted in flamenco conventions, localized traditions, and cosmopolitan ideals.
